We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting others, and excels in communication and multitasking.
As our Office Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for daily office operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and external partners
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail)
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support HR and administrative teams with documentation and organizational tasks
- Organize internal events, team activities, and company meetings
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Monitor office budgets and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (if needed)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
