We are looking for a Junior Content Creator to support our Technical Service Managers (TSM) and Service Delivery Managers (SDM) in their daily work with knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning, development and implementation of content strategies to improve our knowledge database.
• Editorial preparation and structuring of high-quality, target group-orientated content for internal and external communication channels.
• Development of high-quality, target group-orientated content in close coordination with the specialist departments and technical support in order to improve information consistency and customer communication.
• Designing and implementing tailored training programmes for the specialist teams to effectively communicate information and optimise the use of knowledge resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the humanities, e.g. German Philology, Journalism, Philosophy, Media studies or a similar subject area, and are currently studying for a master’s degree.
• High affinity for modern IT technologies and an interest in knowledge management and content creation.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy preparing complex content in an understandable and appealing way.
• Communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and experts.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills in order to be able to convey information precisely and in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
