You will join the Central Eastern Europe Sales team, in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and you will be working in a team composed of sales representatives, engineers, community managers, and marketing managers to meet the Region´s objectives.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Intern. This is a 6 month, part-time role (4 h per day) based in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of work).

What You’ll Do:

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to Milestone’s value and setting the tone for a world-class sales experience. You’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

  • Represent Milestone’s mission and values in every interaction.
  • Partner with the business managers to strategically target and qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers, uncover pain points, and assess buying readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and insights in our CRM to support forecasting and reporting. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native-level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent eastern European language - one of the following: Polish/ Romanian/ Hungarian/ Czech/ Slovak.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative culture. 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
