In Bulgaria, we are the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry with near 1700 employees in the two manufacturing plants (Dupnitsa and Troyan); sales and marketing organization and in a number of global corporate functions based in our country. After the acquisition of Actavis by Teva Pharmaceuticals, in Bulgaria we are operating under the Teva brand.

We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Senior Supply Chain Data and Reporting Analyst to join the Analytics and Reporting team, based in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities

Perform data reporting, analytics and project management in the completion of various Supply Chain related activities

  • Develop, manage and track KPIs that measure Supply chain performance – e.g out-of-stock-reporting, inventory management, plant performance, etc.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in use of information systems for supply related processes. Develop appropriate technical solutions (e.g. Excel, Sharepoint) to support new data reporting requirements
  • Develop efficient reporting process and tools that are appropriate to the needs of the organization
  • Act as a senior focal point for production sites in budget preparation
  • Propose continuous improvements

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree
  • 2+ year experience in data reporting and analytics, preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics or other business function
  • Superior analytical skills, plus conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Proficient working knowledge of Excel like:

-Use of built-in formulas and functions, including lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, OFFSET and others) and calculations (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, AGGREGATE and others)

-Pivot tables, pivot graphs and reporting functions, including use of data links and database connections (internal, external, OLAP, SQL and others)

  • Experience with ERPs, SharePoint knowledge is a plus
  • Participation and leadership in cross functional projects
  • Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis under tight deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
