Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Bulgaria is opening 2022 Internship Program in Client Innovation Center, Sofia!

Our 6-month part-time training program is aimed to prepare and develop students for a wide variety of positions in remote technical support, business operations and customer management.

Our trainees play unique and integral role in driving business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results. You’ll also experience opportunities for skills enhancement, tailor-made training path and leadership development.

The program is paid, offers flexible working schedule and the possibility to follow with full-time career progression.

We are looking for trainees in the following areas:

  • Trainee in Business Operations/ Customer Management

(If you are a student in Economics/ Business Administration/ Management or similar field)

  • Remote Technical Support Trainee

(If you are a student in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering or similar field)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Being an active University student
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Second foreign language skills would be considered a plus
  • Any Hardware or Software knowledge – storage, servers, networks, programming, z/OS
  • Experience gained in the area of customer support
