To further strengthen our Customer Service team, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to join our office in Sofia on a full-time basis.

 Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone and email
• Handle product-related inquiries and independently resolve customer issues
• Accurately document customer interactions to maintain clear records and support continuous improvement of service quality.
• Process returns and warranty claims

Your Qualifications

• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Basic technical and commercial understanding
• Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
• Professional and courteous telephone manners, combined with strong written communication skills
• Enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
