To strengthen our Accounting Team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) to join our office in Sofia as soon as possible on a part-time basis (20–30 hours per week). In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Review, code, and post supplier invoices
• Process payments and support day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Manage vendor accounts, including master data maintenance, payment reminders, and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly and annual closing activities
• Prepare reports and support financial analysis

Your Profile

• Good command of German, both written and spoken
• Good English skills are considered an advantage
• Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Initial practical experience in accounting or finance is desirable
• A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
