We’re looking for a Junior Internal Auditor who is curious, analytical, and not afraid to ask “Why do we do it this way?”

You don’t need to know everything already. We’re looking for someone with the right mindset, attention to detail, and ambition to grow.

What will you actually do?

• Dive into business processes and figure out what works — and what doesn’t.
• Test internal controls and identify potential risks before they become problems.
• Analyze financial and operational data and turn it into meaningful insights.
• Work with different teams and learn how different parts of the business connect.
• Help prepare audit reports and present your findings in a clear, impactful way.
• Follow up on recommendations and help drive real improvements.
• Challenge the status quo — respectfully, intelligently, and with good questions.
• Learn from experienced auditors and gradually take ownership of your own projects.

What we're looking for

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or something similar.
• Have 0–2 years of experience — or are a fresh graduate ready to kick-start your career.
• Enjoy working with numbers, data, and details.
• Have a naturally curious mind and like figuring out how and why things work.
• Are comfortable with Excel and the Microsoft Office universe.
• Speak and write English confidently.
• Can spot when something doesn't quite add up.
• Are organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
• Know that being an auditor isn't just about finding mistakes — it's about helping the business get better.

Bonus points: ACCA/CIA/CISA studies, experience with ERP systems, data analytics, or audit tools.
